• VGR Distribution Ltd must be immediately notified in writing, by email, fax or telephone of any product malfunction, manufacturing defects, quality of the service provided or any other difficulties encountered by the customer in the use of the product(s) purchased.
  • After reception of any justified complaint, VGR Distribution Ltd will as far as possible meet the requirements of the client. VGR Distribution Ltd shall not be liable for any complaints not notified.
  • It is the responsibility of the customer to immediately collect all repaired equipment after full payments have been effected. Any equipment left for repair(s) at VGR Distribution Ltd compound/ premise(s) should be collected as soon as being notified by VGR Distribution Ltd staff as being fully repaired, partially repaired or non-repairable. If equipment has not been collected for a period of three months after notification has been given to customer, it will be considered as scrap. VGR Distribution Ltd can dispose of any uncollected equipment as scrap at its own discretion even though payment may have been effected or not. The disposal of any customer's equipment does not exempt the customer from all financial responsibility and the action of disposal will not deprive VGR Distribution Ltd of its capabilities to collect unpaid amount by any means.
  • VGR Distribution Ltd shall not be liable for any loss of data, loss of profit, loss of business opportunities, loss of goodwill, interference with business relationship or other commercial loss; any other damage(s) whether incidental, consequential or otherwise and any negligence or malfeasance by the customer.
